Gelatin Types

Kosher gelatin

High Bloom, Low Bloom or hydrolysate. Our kosher gelatins are certified by the O.U., and are acceptable to all main-stream kosher organizations: O.K., Kof-K, and Star-K.

Fish gelatin

High Bloom, Low Bloom or hydrolysate. Available both kosher and non-kosher. FIT has a patented method for the production of high bloom gelatin from fish (U.S Patent No. 5,484,888), which has helped it to become the largest importer and marketer of fish gelatins in North America.

Chicken gelatin

Non kosher only, High Bloom or hydrolysate. Produced from cartilage and bone combination of type I and type II collagen.
